*Position Overview: Hiring multiple licensed Journeyman Electricians for a 3year new data center construction project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role offers high earning potential, steady overtime, and daily per diem with a place to stay and travel expenses covered.
*Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $50.00/hour
Hours: 5 days/week, 12hour shifts (minimum 60 hours/week)
Overtime: Builtin weekly OT
Estimated Weekly Take Home: ~$4,000+
Per Diem: $178/day (approx. $62,000+ annually)
*Responsibilities:
Install, bend, and run EMT and rigid conduit
Pull wire and perform terminations
Install lighting systems, switchgear, panels, and cable
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs
Work with low and medium voltage systems
Support largescale commercial and industrial electrical construction
*Required Experience:
Journeymanlevel experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction
Skilled in:
Conduit bending (EMT & rigid)
Terminations and panel work
Lighting and electrical systems
Blueprint and schematic reading
Electrical troubleshooting
Experience on large projects (data centers preferred)
*Licensing Requirements:
A valid Journeyman Electrician License is required. Eligible licenses must be from a state with Iowa reciprocity, including: AK, AR, CO, MN, MT, NE, NH, ND, OK, SD, TX, WI, WY

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
