Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. This role involves both Optical Testing and Assembly tasks, focusing on precision and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities
* Conduct optical testing, multitasking by testing up to 17 cameras simultaneously while managing multiple test benches.
* Use testing software, manage cables, and scan completed orders in SAP ERP.
* Retest failed products and create support calls to the reactionary team.
* Adhere to cleanroom protocols, including wearing proper garb and PPE.
* Lift up to 20 lbs from floor and above shoulder level as needed.
* Perform assembly work with small parts using digital assembly instructions.
* Utilize manual tools such as torque drivers, gap filler dispensing guns, and soldering irons.
* Handle chemicals like isopropyl alcohol and acetone.
* Work with a magnifying glass for detailed assembly tasks in a sitting position.

Essential Skills
* 1+ years of production experience, ideally with small parts.
* Detail-oriented with medium computer skills.
* Proficient in quality inspection and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with blueprints and schematic reading.

Work Environment

This role is situated in a lab-like environment, classified as a Clean Room level 100, and is climate controlled. Candidates will wear full protective garb, including a hairnet, veil, and full-body suit. The facility is clean and tidy, offering afternoon (2pm-10:15pm)
