What Youll Do

As an Assembler, youll play a key role in bringing complex equipment to life:
* Build and assemble chiller units using detailed work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
* Perform mechanical and basic electrical assembly using hand and power tools
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
* Support production by moving materials, packaging finished units, and maintaining workflow
* Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
* Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and deadlines
* Participate in cross-training to expand your skills into additional assembly areas

What You Bring

* 12+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience
* Confidence using hand and power tools
* Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
* Basic electrical assembly knowledge (wiring, schematics)

* MondayThursday: 5:30 AM 3:00 PM
* Friday: 5:30 AM 10:00 AM

(Both shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch + two paid 10-minute breaks)
