This hands-on role covers everything from material preparation to final packaging and shipping. You will work in a clean, well-lit, climate-controlled facility producing high-quality finished products.

What Youll Do

* Support all stages of production including assembly, finishing, packaging, and shipping
* Apply computer-cut vinyl and full-color graphics to various materials using detailed layouts
* Prepare materials through cutting, cleaning, laminating, and painting
* Remove excess vinyl (weeding) with precision and accuracy
* Operate and maintain printers and production equipment
* Perform quality checks by reading and interpreting work orders
* Complete finishing tasks such as mounting and laminating
* Monitor inventory and assist with restocking materials
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
* Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in sign production, graphics, or vinyl application
* Familiarity with weeding, laminating, and mounting processes
* Experience operating printers or similar production equipment
