What Youll Do

* Design, install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
* Diagnose and troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and mechanical components
* Manage HVAC projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget
* Operate and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) to enhance building performance
* Perform light painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installations and repairs
* Work with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
* Maintain and service plumbing systems integrated within HVAC setups
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, including fire and life safety systems

What Were Looking For

* Strong background in construction and mechanical systems
* Hands-on experience with boilers, ventilation, refrigerants, and HVAC-related plumbing
* Knowledge of refrigeration principles, electrical systems, and cooling towers
* Familiarity with building automation and control systems
* Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC systems efficiently
* Project management and energy management experience is a plus
* Understanding of engineering design processes and safety procedures
