Key Responsibilities

* Assemble parts and components following work instructions
* Load and position materials into machines and fixtures
* Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
* Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
* Operate basic machinery safely
* Perform repetitive tasks and rotate workstations as needed
* Lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs)

Qualifications

* Experience with hand and power tools
* Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
* Ability to stand for an entire shift
* Ability to follow basic instructions and processes
* Strong attention to detail and reliability

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shelbyville, IL.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.90/hr.
