Location: Orangeburg, NY
Pay: $19-$21 an hour

Job Description
This role focuses on shipping, receiving, and material handling within a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse and distribution center. You will receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials while supporting accurate inventory control and safe, efficient warehouse operations across multiple shifts.
Responsibilities
* Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items in accordance with established company protocols and procedures.
* Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to verify product accuracy, condition, and integrity.
* Operate shipping equipment and systems to safely transport, process, and verify materials within the warehouse.
* Locate, pick, and gather products for distribution to production workers, assembly lines, or shipping areas.
* Assist with order pulling to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of internal and external requests.
* Support inventory management by tracking materials, updating inventory records, and participating in cycle counts.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
* Handle materials using appropriate equipment and techniques to minimize damage and ensure safe movement of goods.
* Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate workflow and meet production and shipping deadlines.
* Follow all warehouse operational procedures, including proper documentation and use of shipping and receiving systems.
* Adhere to all safety protocols, report any hazards or incidents promptly, and contribute to a strong safety culture.
Essential Skills
* Minimum of 1 year of shipping and receiving experience; 2 or more years is strongly preferred.
* Hands-on experience with inventory control, including cycle counting and record updates.
* Material handling experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
* Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management processes.
* Ability to operate shipping equipment and shipping systems to process and verify shipments.
* Understanding of safety standards and protocols in a warehouse environment.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipments, inventory, and documentation.
* Ability to perform order pulling and support production and distribution activities.
* High School Diploma or GED.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
