Job Summary

Support warehouse and production operations by safely moving materials, operating equipment, and completing physical tasks. Work either 1st or 3rd shift with opportunities for cross-training across functions.

Key Responsibilities
* Move, organize, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
* Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
* Perform grinding, packaging, and machine operation (1st shift)
* Load trucks and handle outgoing shipments (3rd shift)
* Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
* Accurately track and place inventory
* Lift 50+ lbs and remain active (standing/walking/bending) throughout shift
* Assist in multiple areas as part of cross-training

Requirements
* 6+ months of warehouse or manufacturing experience
* Ability to operate or learn forklifts
* Able to lift 50+ lbs
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical environment
* Reliable with strong attendance

Preferred
* Forklift or powered industrial truck experience

Grinding, packaging, or machine operation

* 1st Shift: ~6:00am2:30pm or 7:00am3:30pm
* 3rd Shift: ~8:00pm4:30am
* Steel-toed boots required; PPE provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Portland, ME.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
