We are actively seeking Material Handlers to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Doral, FL on 1st Shift.

Responsibilities:

* Perform tasks related to the receiving, storage, inventory management, cycle counting, and shipment of products while meeting productivity, quality, safety, and attendance expectations.
* Comply with company policies, procedures, OSHA standards, hazardous material requirements, and all applicable state and federal regulations.
* Identify and report inventory discrepancies and inventory-related variances to leadership.
* Stock incoming warehouse and shipping supplies.
* Perform warehouse duties including unloading, put-away, sorting, labeling, picking, packing, replenishment, cycle counting, auditing, shipping, and box preparation.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
* Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Aviation warehouse experience preferred, but candidates with warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience from other industries are encouraged to apply.
* Experience handling small parts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable attendance and strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
