What Youll Do

* Lead and coordinate daily operations for a skilled 2ndshift team
* Train, mentor, and support machinists to uphold quality, safety, and production standards
* Operate and troubleshoot CNC lathes, mills, and Swiss machines as needed
* Review production schedules and efficiently allocate labor and machine resources
* Ensure full compliance with medical (ISO/FDA) and aerospace (AS9100) standards
* Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to quickly resolve technical and process issues

What Were Looking For

Essential Skills
* Strong handson experience with Lathe, Mill, and Swiss machining
* Proven leadership or leadlevel experience in a machining environment
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
* Experience working with tight tolerances in regulated manufacturing environments

Preferred Experience
* CNC programming and troubleshooting
* Familiarity with ISO, FDA (medical) and/or AS9100 (aerospace) standards
