Job Description

The Multicraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing high-speed conveyor systems, robotic arms, and automated production equipment in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, critical thinking, and the ability to work safely around advanced automation.

Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair high-speed conveyor systems and robotic arms.
* Troubleshoot automated production equipment in a fast-paced environment.
* Ensure safe operations around advanced automation machinery.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
* Assist with PLC troubleshooting and read ladder logic.

Essential Skills
* 5+ years of maintenance experience in automated or high-speed manufacturing environments.
* Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work around PLCs and assist with basic troubleshooting.
* Experience with robotic arms, servo systems, or automated material-handling equipment.
* Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and navigate a fast-paced industrial environment.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 2pm to 11:30pm in a fast-paced industrial setting. Expect to work around advanced technologies with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $74880.00/yr.
