What You'll Do

Operate compression, transfer, and injection molding equipment

Produce and inspect custom molded rubber products to meet quality standards

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Work with team members to achieve daily production goals

Identify and troubleshoot minor production issues

Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the production process

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr.
