Production Associate
$23.15/hr
The Production Operator Rolling, Caging & Finishing plays a key role in supporting highly automated manufacturing operations by assembling, processing, sealing, and finishing spiralwound elements used in advanced filtration applications. You operate rolling tables, conveyor ovens, caging and sealing equipment, and finishing tools while consistently meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards in a fastpaced, clean production environment.
Responsibilities
* Operate rolling tables, conveyor ovens, and related equipment to assemble spiralwound elements according to established procedures.
* Load and unload materials and products safely and efficiently from rolling tables, ovens, and transport equipment.
* Apply adhesive glue lines and verify proper placement, coverage, and consistency in accordance with manufacturing standards.
* Inspect incoming and inprocess materials for defects, damage, and other quality issues, and take appropriate action when issues arise.
* Record production data, inspection results, and process checks accurately in production logs and documentation systems.
* Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and 5S practices to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
* Meet or exceed daily production, efficiency, and quality targets while working in a fastpaced environment.
* Operate caging and sealing equipment to apply required materials to spiralwound elements.
Essential Skills
* Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in production, general warehouse, retail, or construction with demonstrated good tenure and limited job changes.
* High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and manufacturing experience.
* Ability to stand for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks in a production environment.
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly as required by production tasks.
* Basic math skills to perform measurements, counts, and simple calculations.
Work Environment
The position is on 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with work performed in a modern, organized facility that supports lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.15 - $23.15/hr.
