We are looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join our team. This role focuses on welding and fabricating stainless steel equipment in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. If you have at least 2 years of TIG welding experience and enjoy working with high-quality stainless steel products, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

* Perform TIG welding on stainless steel equipment.
* Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
* Complete MIG welding and other welding tasks as needed.
* Fabricate and assemble metal components to specifications.
* Ensure all welds meet quality standards.
* Work on food processing equipment and stainless steel products.
* Complete weld tests on 12 to 16-gauge stainless steel materials.

What We're Looking For

* At least 2 years of TIG welding experience.
* Experience welding stainless steel.
* MIG welding experience is a plus.
* Ability to read and understand blueprints.
* Fabrication experience preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Welding certifications or blueprint reading training are a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
