We’re looking for a CNC Press Brake Operator who takes pride in precision, knows how to read a print.

THE JOB

You’ll be responsible for taking raw sheet metal and turning it into accurately formed components using CNC press brake equipment.

You’ll:

Set up and operate CNC press brakes
Read blueprints and determine bend requirements
Form 14–16 gauge galvanized steel and copper material up to 1'
Select tooling and make machine adjustments as needed
Check dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring equipment
Make control adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality
Inspect finished parts and catch issues before they become problems
Keep your workstation organized, safe, and production-ready
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

Has previous press brake experience
Can confidently read and interpret blueprints
Understands precision manufacturing and dimensional requirements
Knows how to measure and verify their work
Can troubleshoot and make adjustments at the machine
Takes ownership of the quality of their work
Has CNC programming experience (a plus, but not required)
