Shipping Coordinator

A global industrial company supporting the semiconductor industry is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to support its operations in Carrollton, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual professional looking to build a career in logistics, customer service, or the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite point of contact between the customer and internal operations teams.
Coordinate shipping and dispatch priorities based on customer needs.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to relevant teams.
Manage time-sensitive logistics communications to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain accurate shipping and logistics information.
Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues and keep shipments moving on schedule.
Qualifications

Fluent Korean and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Customer service, logistics, shipping, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
Recent graduates and candidates early in their careers are encouraged to apply.
Ability and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
Some Shipping knowledge (or processing of DHL Forwarding) is preferred.
