Job Description

This role focuses on performing 5DX verification testing and diagnosing, repairing, and supporting electronic circuit board assemblies to component level in a fast-paced, climate-controlled production environment. You will use a variety of electronic test and measurement equipment, follow detailed assembly documentation, and collaborate closely with diagnostic, manufacturing, and test engineering teams to help achieve high process yields and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
* Perform 5DX verification testing on electronic circuit board assemblies and ensure results meet established standards.
* Diagnose and repair electronic circuit board assemblies down to the component level using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Use electronic test and measurement equipment with a high level of proficiency to troubleshoot and verify board functionality.
* Understand and utilize assembly documentation, including bills of materials (BOM), visual aids, deviations, testing tools, and written procedures to complete work accurately.
* Analyze fault data output from test equipment and determine appropriate rework actions based on the findings.
* Escalate borderline or unclear faults to process technicians for further evaluation and guidance
* Use hand and power tools, including crimping tools and soldering equipment, to perform electrical and mechanical assembly, wiring, and panel building tasks as required.

Essential Skills
* Experience or strong aptitude in electrical assembly or basic electrical wiring, including working with control panels and panel wiring.
* Ability to diagnose and repair electronic circuit board assemblies to component level using test and measurement equipment.
* Proficiency in using electronic test and measurement tools such as multimeters and related diagnostic equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, visual aids, and related documentation.
* Hands-on skills in soldering, crimping, and using hand and power tools for electrical and mechanical assembly work.
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a production or test environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.38 - $24.38/hr.
