Join our team as a Shift Production Associate, where you will operate manufacturing and assembly equipment in a well-organized and climate-controlled facility. You will be responsible for assembling automotive thermostat components, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment according to established work instructions and safety procedures.
* Assemble automotive thermostat components and related parts.
* Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.
* Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors.
* Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
* Maintain accurate production and quality records.
* Package and label finished products according to lean manufacturing principles.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Comply with all company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and support departments to meet production goals.
* Assist with other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
* Experience with production, assembly, general labor, and packaging.
* Ability to work first shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:45pm.
* Willingness to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays when required.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and performing general production tasks.
* Ability to conduct visual inspections.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* No prior experience required; entry-level position.
* Good attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $14.50 - $14.50/hr.
