Hiring MIG Welders, FCAW Welders, Flux Core Welders, and Welder/Fabricators for a growing manufacturing facility that produces structural components used in bridge and highway infrastructure.

Job Duties
Perform MIG, FCAW, Flux Core, and Metal Core Arc Welding on carbon steel
Weld structural components including beams, rails, splice plates, beam connectors, and expansion joints
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
Grind, prep, and clean metal surfaces prior to welding
Use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers to ensure quality standards
Work with carbon steel material ranging from 1/4" to 2½" thickness
Complete horizontal and flat position welds
Utilize shop math for measurements and fabrication
Assist with material handling and overhead crane operation
Qualifications

✅ At least 1 year of MIG, FCAW, Flux Core, Arc, or MCAW welding experience OR recent welding school graduate

✅ Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols

✅ Experience welding carbon steel or stainless steel

✅ Ability to use a tape measure and perform basic shop math

✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

✅ Must bring welding hood, gloves, and steel toe boots to interview/weld test
