We are seeking experienced CNC Programmer / Operator for our . This role will program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components to exact specifications.

The ideal candidate has strong G-code/C-code and FANUC experience, understands tool paths, and can make program adjustments directly at the machine. Strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading, setup, and inspection skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills; no lathes are used onsite.
Write, modify, and troubleshoot G-code and C-code programs.
Read and adjust tool paths as needed.
Work with FANUC controls and make program edits at the machine.
Read blueprints, technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.
Set up tooling, fixtures, and vises.
Use calipers, comparators, and other precision measuring equipment to inspect parts.
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and programming issues.
Make adjustments to maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
Perform basic machine maintenance and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications

Proven CNC milling programming and setup experience.
Strong knowledge of G-code, C-code, and Fanuc controls.
Ability to understand and modify CNC tool paths.
Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills.
Experience with Mastercam, SolidWorks, Gibbs, or similar CAD/CAM software.
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
Knowledge of tooling, workholding, feeds, speeds, and machining processes.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical/machining education is a plus.
Precision machining or manufacturing experience preferred.
