Job Overview
We're looking for a great Journeyman Rigger for an exciting month-long project in Cheyenne Wells, CO!

What You'll Do
You'll work closely with the Crane Operator to safely handle daily lifting operations. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

Inspect, select, and use rigging equipment like slings, shackles, chains, hooks, and wire rope.
Properly rig, balance, secure, and release loads.
Guide and position materials, machinery, and equipment during crane operations.
Use hand signals or radio communication with the Crane Operator.
Assist in setting up and positioning heavy equipment and materials.
Help determine the best rigging methods based on load weight, size, shape, and center of gravity.
Perform pre-use inspections of rigging equipment and report any damaged or defective gear.
Maintain a safe work zone around crane operations and keep everyone clear of suspended loads.
Assist with crane setup and breakdown as needed.
Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and company safety requirements.
