Job Description:

Responsible for the assembly and inspection of medical devices under a microscope in a regulated cleanroom, following SOP's, using various tools, and reworking sub assemblies.

Key responsibilities
* Assemble medical devices using microscopes and specialized tools.
* Follow SOPs, line clearance, work instructions, and safety requirements.
* Complete training and demonstrate correct use of travelers/routers, materials, and inspection tools.
* Perform equipment setup, operation, and inprocess inspections.
* Use EFD dispensers, UV curing systems, and adhesives per safety guidelines.
* Conduct visual and dimensional inspections under a microscope.
* Support documentation, inventory counts, and material control.
* Collaborate with engineers and supervisors on product integrity and process improvements.

Work environment
* Regulated cleanroom; use of required PPE and adherence to contamination controls.
* Training period required; overtime and shift flexibility may be needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.15/hr.
