Join our team as a Production Technician where you will be involved in chemical compounding, quality inspection, and material handling. This role requires an individual capable of working under minimal supervision while ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.
Responsibilities
* Carry out batching instructions and process standards without deviations.
* Identify proper materials and correctly batch using both loss in weight and gain in weight material additions.
* Maintain clear communication within the department and with external departments.
* Ensure accurate documentation of all processes.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Follow instructions and demonstrate productivity.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and detailed training related to bulk batching.

Essential Skills
* Proficiency in mixing and general labor tasks.
* Experience in material handling and quality inspection.
* Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
* Competency in using hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* High School math and reading skills are essential.
* Ability to work flexible hours.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
