Quality Control Inspector (Direct Hire) System One

System One is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector with strong GD&T, CMM, and Nuclear QA experience.

This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits supporting critical projects in the Nuclear, Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Defense (DoD), AS9100, and ISO 9001 sectors where precision and quality are essential.

Responsibilities:

Perform First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspections
Program and operate Zeiss, Keyence, and Faro Arm CMMs
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
Verify materials, certifications, and quality documentation
Support Nuclear QA programs including NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and ASME Code requirements

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of GD&T
Minimum 2 years of CMM inspection experience (Zeiss, Faro Arm, and/or Keyence preferred)
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Background in nuclear, aerospace, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries

Shift Options:

First Shift
Weekend Night Shift

Compensation: $25-$35/hour, with higher pay available for the Weekend Night Shift position based on experience.
