What You'll Do

Perform precision TIG welding on aerospace components

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications

Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect welds and parts to ensure quality and accuracy

Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances

Assemble components and support production operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

TIG welding experience with stainless steel and specialty metals

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.70 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
