Traveling Mechanical Assembler

Looking for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy working with their hands and building complex equipment. This is not a basic assembly line position. You'll assemble massive diesel and natural gas engines used in hospitals, data centers, and heavy industrial applications.

Responsibilities:
Assemble large diesel and natural gas engines from blueprints and work instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, and DC tooling
Read blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
Perform mechanical troubleshooting and in-process repairs
Work with cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment to maneuver large engine components
Ensure quality, safety, and torque specifications are met throughout the assembly process
Qualifications:
Mechanical assembly, maintenance, automotive, diesel, farming, construction, or industrial experience
Experience with hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and pneumatic equipment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
