360X Staffing is hiring for multiple Scaffold Erectors in Sparks, NV.

Pay: $28 - 32/hr + $125 daily per diem for days worked

Job Description:

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused Scaffold Laborers and Scaffold Erectors to assist with the assembly, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems that support electrical crews and other trades on active construction and industrial job sites. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, lifting heavy materials, and working at heights while following strict safety standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Build, modify, and dismantle supported and suspended scaffolding systems safely and efficiently.
Read and follow scaffold drawings, blueprints, and layout plans.
Install guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, ties, and fall protection systems.
Ensure scaffolds are level, plumb, and properly secured.
Conduct scaffold inspections prior to use and identify hazards or needed repairs.
Coordinate with electrical crews and site supervision to meet project access requirements.
Ensure all scaffold work complies with OSHA and local safety regulations.
Mentor and direct laborers during scaffold assembly and teardown.

Qualifications
Required
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or shutdown schedules as needed.
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required
Must be able to pass site-specific safety requirements and drug screening if applicable.
Preferred
Previous scaffold erection experience in commercial, industrial, or refinery environments.
Knowledge of frame, system, tube & clamp, or suspended scaffolding systems.
Competent Person training or certification preferred.
Experience supporting electrical, mechanical, or industrial trades.
