Construction Estimator!

You will be responsible for preparing bids for construction and demolition projects. You will analyze project plans, scope or work, and determine labor, materials, and equipment costs.

DESCRIPTION:

Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
Prepare estimates.
Evaluate quotes from subcontractors, and suppliers.
Analyze cost of labor, materials, equipment and overhead.
Work with Project Mangers and field teams to ensure the project is completed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and clients.
Site visits.
Help grow the company by bringing in new business.
REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with construction and/or demolition estimating.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
Proficiency with estimating software.
Excellent math, analytical and organizational skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
