Description

Join a growing manufacturing team where your skills will keep production running smoothly. We're looking for hands-on Maintenance Mechanics who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do

* Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on production equipment
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
* Maintain conveyors, motors, bearings, rollers, and other plant machinery
* Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and production line improvements
* Work closely with maintenance team members and production personnel to maximize uptime

What We're Looking For

* Experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, automotive repair, or a related field
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, electrical systems, PLCs, or welding is a plus
* Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude assessment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $63086.00 - $72571.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
