Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving Clerk for our 1st shift, from 7:30AM to 4PM, with the flexibility to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays. The role involves preparing, staging, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements. You will be working with materials from a nearby plastic injection manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
* Prepare, stage, and process shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Follow FIFO for packaging and labeling parts.
* Scan materials and complete ASNs.
* Verify shipping documents.
* Load and unload trucks and operate forklifts safely.
* Check incoming quantities and maintain lot identification.
* Manage returnable containers and keep warehouse and dock areas clean.
* Perform inventory counts and support 5S activities.
* Assist with repacking and transport materials.
* Report shipment discrepancies while following safety and security procedures.

Essential Skills
* Experience in inventory management.
* Proficiency in operating forklifts.
* Experience in shipping and receiving.
* General labor skills.
* Ability to unload shipments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
* 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations.
* 1+ year of forklift experience.
* Must wear steel-toed footwear.
* Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
