Job Description
* Set up and operate CNC grinders, hobbs, shapers, drills, and other machining equipment to produce precision components.
* JUNKER Grinders, Warner Grinder, Okuma Drills, Gleason Shapers, Liebherr Hobs
* Use Siemens and Fanuc controls to run machining operations, make adjustments, and ensure parts meet quality standards.
* Inspect finished parts using hand gages and measuring tools, support CMM inspections, and perform deburring and cleaning as needed.
* Read blueprints, work instructions, and setup sheets while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
* Experience with gear cutting
* Proficiency with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls.
* Ability to perform setups, tool changes, basic troubleshooting, and precision measurements.
* Strong attendance, reliability, and willingness to work overtime (50+ hours/week)
