Job Summary:
We are looking to hire electrical assemblers to assist with installing and wiring electrical sytems for wind turbines! This may include control panels, sensors, and harnesses.

Job Description:
- Assemble and install electrical components in wind turbine nacelles and hubs.
- Route and secure wiring harnesses, connectors, and control systems.
- Use testing equipment to verify electrical continuity and system functionality.
- Handle materials by lifting, positioning, and/or removing them from the work area as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve electrical assembly procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support other production areas as needed and as assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist mechanical assembly operators as required.

Preferred Requirements:
- Electrical certifications or technical training.
- 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
- Experience in wind turbines, industrial, or automotive electrical systems.
- Ability to read work instructions.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience with overhead crane operation.
- Ability to achieve and maintain crane operator certification (Required)
- Willingness to obtain relevant electrical safety certifications.
- Familiarity with multimeters, crimping tools, and diagnostic equipment.
-Must be able to pass a respiratory fit test (as Required).
- Working at heights.
- Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System is a plus.

Additional Information:
- 1st and 2nd shift openings!
- $27/hr on 1st and $27.50/hr on 2nd.
- $110/day per diem for days worked
- $1500 sign on bonus
