Contract / Temp to Direct / Direct Hire: Direct Hire

One of our clients, a major Nuclear Power Electric Utility, has a need for a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness (permanent in-house position). This is a prestigious and highly visible position where you partner with senior leaders on a daily basis! You will be both seen and recognized for your valuable insights and advice. As a Manager of Organizational Effectiveness you will serve as an advisor to nuclear leaders to scope leadership and team development programs and activities in alignment with strategic goals. Those with commercial nuclear supervisory training experience (i.e. in operations, maintenance, technical, etc.) will be greatly favored. This role encompasses a strong element of coaching, mentoring and training and be responsible for initial, continuing, and developments training for current and future leaders. You will identify leadership shortfalls, diagnose organizational causes, and create and implement creative and strategic solutions.

The qualified candidate for Manager of Organizational Effectiveness MUST have:

• Ten (10) plus years experience working at a Nuclear Utility in a leadership role in one (1) or more in the following positions:
- Organizational Effectiveness.
- Training development and implementation.
- Performance Improvement experience (organizational not technical).
- Human Resources management.
• Proven experience diagnosing leadership shortfalls and implementing solutions
• Strong communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• BS Degree Required (Technical, Training, or Business).
• Excellent references.
