Schedulers – Southwest – Long Term/Permanent
Schedulers needed for a Department of Energy facility. Long term permanent positions available.
Immediate hire for active DOE Q-cleared schedulers.
Overall duties include updating existing projects, input of new projects, assigning resources, entering expenses, setting baselines, updating existing projects, maintaining historical project data, generating and distributing project information, analysis and explanation of performance measures, resource workload analysis, and providing user support on an ongoing basis.
This also includes participation in routine project status update meetings, management of resource pool data, incorporation of actual time charged to activities from time and attendance records, update or modify report structures from the system output, maintain and update procedures, regularly assess the system operation and implement process improvements that are desired by the users, and provide technical guidance and assistance to the users in operation of the system.
