Seeking a Fleet Assessor located in Jackson, MS. Ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting observations of governance, support, oversight and execution of fleet activities in accordance with the Nuclear Excellence model as outlined in EN-PL-100. This oversight will include activities conducted at the corporate office and in the field at any of the nuclear plant sites. Additionally, ideal candidate must be effective at communicating their concerns to both site and executive leadership and be influential at communicating problems to gain alignment and commitment from the corporate or line organizations to address identified problems and take the necessary intervention action. Experience in training or engineering within an operating nuclear plant is mandatory. B.S. Degree in Engineering or other scientific discipline generally associated with power plant operations or equivalent experience; SRO/SNO is desired.
