Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for management of Employee Concerns Program (ECP) for multi-site nuclear contract.
• This position will involve travel to multiple site locations across the U.S. (AR, LA, MA, MI, MS, NY, VT).
• Ensure D&Z Employee Concerns Program information is communicated to employees and posters/brochures are displayed in key locations at all sites.
• Foster work environment in which all employees feel free to raise concerns related to licensed activities.
• Train employees on principles of Safety Conscious Work Environment (SCWE) and promote at sites.
• Conduct employee surveys to assess work environment and communicate results to appropriate parties.
• Perform investigations in accordance with procedures and communicate findings to appropriate parties.
• Track and manage employee concern case information in D&Z ECP databases.
• Provide ECP status updates for monthly D&Z Operations meeting.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to travel as needed to support business unit needs. Flexibility to travel on short notice.
• Understand the requirements of Section 211 of the ERA, 10 C.F.R. 50.7, NRC’s Form 3, and concepts of Nuclear Safety Culture and SCWE
• Experience conducting employee concern investigations and generating investigation reports
• Detailed oriented with strong organization and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clarify problems and reply to requests quickly and effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to express technical concepts in a way that establishes rapport and gains understanding, strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivated individual who takes both initiative and accepts responsibility for actions (i.e. thinking and going beyond the current assigned tasks)

Minimum Education and Experience
• Experience conducting investigations is required
• Experience in an ECP role in the nuclear industry is preferred
• Supervisory/Management experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
