Contract / Temp to Direct / Direct Hire: Direct Hire

One of our clients, a commercial nuclear power plant, has an urgent need for an Electrical and I&C Design Engineering Supervisor. This is a permanent in-house position with a utility known for its excellent work environment and work life balance. This company is near an international airport, making for convenient travel. This opportunity is in a rural, resort area featuring fishing, hiking, boating and other outdoor activities but is just minutes from a variety of metropolitan areas accompanied by big city amenities. Our client has an excellent compensation package including a generous base salary, relocation package and more!

As an Electrical and I&C Design Engineering Supervisor you will lead a cross-functional team of 8-10 Electrical and I&C Engineers to both implement best practices and ensure optimal plant performance. You will provide strategic leadership to the department by mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance and direction to senior managers.

The qualified candidate for Electrical and I&C Design Engineering Supervisor MUST have:

*7 (+) years of nuclear engineering experience either in commercial nuclear power or the nuclear Navy.
*Bachelorís Degree in an Engineering discipline.
*Excellent communication and leadership ability.
*Strong professional references.
