This is a Structural Analysis Engineer position within the Civil/Structural Engineering Organization

The selected individual will be expected to:
• Perform engineering, design, and analysis of category 1 reinforced concrete structures and concrete anchorage of equipment and components
• Perform engineering analysis and designs with the general management and supervisory direction
• Develop and check analyses, drawings, technical reports and documentation of results
• Understand and apply QA procedures relating to project planning, analyses, specifications, drawings and software.

Required Qualifications (Include only minimum years of experience and education requirements):
• Must have a bachelor degree in Civil engineering, or similar engineering field with finite element analysis (FEA) background;
• Must have 5+ years hands-on experience in stress/structural analysis with concrete orland steel structures using FEA,
• Must be proficient in ANSYS, Microsoft Office, and MATHCAD.

Desired Qualifications (Include only desired/preferred qualifications, certifications, and education beyond the minimum required):
• Understand regulatory requirements for engineering, analysis and design of safety-related structures.
• Knowledge and experience with ACI and AISC building codes.
• Experience with ACI 349 Code for design and construction of nuclear concrete structures.
• Experience with AISC N690 code for design and construction of steel structures.
• Experience in processing construction field change requests in a timely manner.
• Must be organized, technically competent, have excellent oral and written communications skills.
