TradeWind Services a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, located in Richland, WA is seeking to procure a Health Physicist to support client activities on the Hanford Site.
Position is full time (4/10s schedule), with work location at 200E on the Hanford site. (subject to change)
Provide technical support, procedure and technical basis document development, and implementation oversight of the radiation protection program
Responsible for ensuring assigned policies, procedures, and technical documents effectively implement conduct of operations principles, safety management program components, and radiological control requirements
Provide radiological control expertise and coordination for major project activities in support of accomplishing critical milestones
Provide radiological work planning support to project work scope
BA/BS degree in health physics, science, or engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of related education and experience, and a minimum of 10 years’ experience required
Experience in the implementation of occupational radiation protection, as defined by 10 CFR 835
Certification by the American Board of Health Physics preferred
Duration is TBD.
Travel and living expenses are not authorized for this position.
