Change Management Analyst/ Technician

contract located in Waynesboro, GA
Nuclear facility
Performs technical administration duties for procurement-related projects changes in scope, and equipment, labor and materials, schedule, and or cost. Provides support and coordination across standards procedures and software tools to ensure that Vogtle 3&4 Procurement budget from external suppliers and or sub-contractors.
Interfaces with Project Functional Areas for cross functional change requests.
Works with Vogtle 3&4 Procurement Management Team and designees to prepare change request formal submittals to Project Executive Leadership.
Transmits format change requests and supporting documentation to key stakeholders for review. Stakeholders include Procurement Management Team, Project Controls Leads in schedule, cost estimation and risk functions.
Project Trending Program
Captures procurement related project trends resulting from baseline variances in scope, quality schedule and or cost during the execution of Construction work for Units 3&4. Develops and maintains database of trends and adjustment events for metrics and systematic reporting,
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint.
Bachelor's Degree desired
or High School Diploma
Associates Certificate
