Immediate 1 year position available in Waynesboro, GA.
Performs technical administration duties for procurement-related project changes in scope (e.g., labor, equipment, and materials), schedule, and/or cost.
Provides support and coordination across project functional areas for change requests and project trend data.
Implements guidelines, standards, procedures and software tools to ensure that Procurement- Project Controls data is managed and reported consistently and properly across the project.
Implements and reports metrics for project changes and trends.
Maintains database of change requests to the Procurement budget from external suppliers and/or subcontractors.
Interfaces with Project Functional Areas (Engineering, Construction, Licensing, etc.) for cross functional change requests.
Works with Procurement Management Team and designees to prepare change request formal submittals (procedural forms, technical documents, and supplemental information) to Project Executive Leadership.
Transmits formal change requests and supporting documentation to key stakeholders for review. Stakeholders include Procurement Management Team, Project Controls Leads in schedule, cost, estimation and risk functions.
Project Trending Program:
Captures (procurement-related) project trends resulting from baseline variances in scope, quality, schedule and/or costs during the execution of Construction work.
Develops and maintains database of trends and "adjustment events" for metrics and systematic reporting.
Work Experience/Skills Requirements:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills.
High School Diploma
Bachelor's Degree (desired)
