Estimated Duration of Work Assignment (should not exceed 1 year): 1 year

General Description:
Performs technical administration duties for procurement-related project changes in scope (e.g. labor, equipment, and materials) schedule, and/or cost. Provides support and coordination across project functional areas for change requests and project trend data. Implements guidelines, standards, procedures and software tools to ensure that Procurement-Project Controls data is managed and reported consistently and properly across the project. Implements and reports metrics for project changes and trends.

Change Management
• Maintains database of change requests to the Procurement budget
from external suppliers and/or subcontractors.
• Interfaces with Project Functional Areas (Engineering, Construction,
Licensing, etc.) for cross-functional change requests.
• Works with Procurement Management Team and designees to
prepare change information) to Project Executive Leadership.
• Transmits formal change requests and supporting documentation to
key stakeholders for review. Stakeholders include Procurement
Management Team, Project Controls Leads in schedule cost,
estimation and risk functions.

Project Trending Program
• Captures (procurement-related) project trends resulting from
baseline variances in scope, quality, schedule and/or costs during
the execution of Construction work for the Project.
• Develops and maintains database of trends and “adjustment events”
for metrics and systematic reporting.

Work Experience/Skills Requirement

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Visio Powerpoint)

High School Diploma Required-Associates Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree (Desired)
