Initial Test Program Administrative Assistant - Waynesboro, GA Initial Test Program (ITP) Team
Desired Qualifications: At least 5 years’ experience in Office management and finance. Experience requires: Bookkeeping: monitoring and recording expenditures. Create spreadsheets, reporting expenses to Testing Managers/Director. Prepare periodic forecasting and financial update. Prepare presentations to operations and financial management. Planning and Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and preparing presentation materials. Maintaining Initial Testing Team calendar. Documentation: help office members with documentation (storing, organizing and managing files), type, edit and proofread documents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Individuals are desired with backgrounds in Bookkeeping, Planning, Scheduling, Typing, Documentation review. Individuals must have experience using Microsoft Office products (particularly Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
Estimated Start Date: March 2018
Estimated Duration of Work Assignment: 1 year (extension possible)
