Administrative Assistant I/II

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Direct activities as requested.
-Provide day-to-day administrative support upon request.
-Implement UCOR's Integrated Safety Management System through use of the five core functions and eight guiding principles to planning and execution of work.
-Creating and maintaining roster of project team members and client personnel.
-Coordinating site needs; i.e., office supplies, organization of events.
-Compiling information, analyses, and prepares reports and departmental metrics as requested.
-May conduct presentation project administration status and project administration work process requirements.
-Communicating with project contacts to resolve daily administrative problems on the project.
-Using expertise in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
-Manage personnel data
-Generating letters
-Distributing information to the organization.
-Generating filing system consistent with company guidelines
-Maintaining organization files.
-Reporting on tasks.
-Tracking tasks to completion
-Managing Draft documents, with peer review, comment incorporation, finalizing
-Taking adequate notes from telephone calls
-Understanding records and documentation
-Managing organization records and documentation
-Assisting organization personnel with records and documentation
-Requesting letter numbers, as needed

Position Requirements


-High school diploma or equivalent.


-Prefer work experience in administrative support position.
-Computer experience a must.
-Spreadsheet and database experience helpful.
-Microsoft Office skills
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
