Must exhibit qualities of leadership, self-confidence, motivation, flexibility, and sound business judgment.
Demonstrated experience managing personnel and a variety of large and diverse construction projects.
Track record in leading business growth in the federal sector.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance.
Demonstration of strong written and interpersonal communication skills
The INL Services Program Manager will manage North Wind projects and personnel supporting Idaho National Laboratory (INL) site contractors. Responsible for oversight of approximately 150 North Wind and subcontractor staff augmentation personnel, managed services, and $18 million in construction projects for the INL, the Idaho Cleanup project (ICP) and Naval Reactor Facility (NRF)
Work closely with the clients to identify and provide resources to support technical and personnel needs.
Recruit personnel to support client needs.
Provide mentoring and training as required.
Provide overall management and coordination of North Wind construction projects on the INL site from their inception to their completion.
Responsible for developing schedules, budgets and technical scope.
Safely manage projects to budget and schedule. Identify and manage change orders as needed.
Manage marketing and business development to grow INL projects including leading strategic planning, capture planning, win strategies, teaming and alliance formation.

Support contract development and client invoicing.

Requirements:
Bachelorís degree in science, engineering, or business or equivalent experience.

At least 15 years of progressively more responsible work experience.
Must exhibit qualities of leadership, self-confidence, motivation, flexibility, and sound business judgment.
Demonstrated experience managing personnel and a variety of large and diverse construction projects.
Track record in leading business growth in the federal sector.
