ENERCON Services Inc., doing business for the Federal Government through our wholly owned subsidiary, ENERCON Federal Services (EFS), provides engineering and environmental services to many branches of the Federal Government. With extensive experience in engineering design, nuclear safety, decommissioning and environmental services, we are actively supporting large and small projects throughout the DOE complex. EFS also has current experience supporting operations and decommissioning efforts at US Army Corps of Engineers and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) facilities.

We are currently recruiting for a Superintendent I to represent ENERCON at a customer site (UCOR) in Oak Ridge, TN. Applicant must be a US Citizen.

*We have two (2) positions available*

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Provide day-to-day support to project team for field-related scopes of work and responsibilities.


•Ensure implementation of UCOR Integrated Safety Management Systems (ISMS) by maintaining direct interface with area personnel, utilization of safety performance metrics, and validation of personal accountability.


•Ensure implementation of UCOR Performance Quality Assurance Program.


•Facilitate communications within the area with the client, project management, and other functional entities as assigned by the Project Manager and for the Area Manager.


•Understand contract agreements and manage to current bargaining unit agreements.


•Provide input on fiscal year baseline, schedule, and deliverables.


•Directly supervise assigned tasks.


•Ensure tasks are conducted in accordance with authorization basis requirements.


EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

•High School graduate or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct craft supervision


•Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings; ENERCON and client specific background checks; and an annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies


•Must have an active DOE L Clearance required or the ability to obtain.
