HukariAscendent is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business specializing in comprehensive engineering and technical support services associated with commercial nuclear power and other Department of energy (DOE) nuclear activities.
We are looking for two Welding QC Inspectors with the following qualifications:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

•Level II Quality Control Visual Weld inspection and Level II Liquid Penetrant Non Destructive Examination (NDE) services are required to support ICP Core operations.
•Inspection and NDE services are required for Site Facilities plant equipment, component fabrication and repair; component welds and wrought materials using the applicable nondestructive examination processes.
•Individuals must be capable of interpreting test results to determine acceptability of items under inspection/examination to industry codes and standards criteria.
•Services include the generation of written reports documenting the performance and results of inspections/examinations to the standards of the ICP Core QA Program (QAP).

Prerequisite Requirements:

•Must obtain Level II Inspection/NDE Certifications under the ICP QAP in the following inspection disciplines.
&#9702;Level II General Inspector.
&#9702;Level II Visual Weld Inspector for welded components and wrought materials, ASME Section XI, and ISI inspection activities.
&#9702;Level II NDE Liquid Penetrant Testing.
•Must be able to work in radiological, nuclear nonreactor facilities.
•Must be able to work rotational night shift assignments.

Required License or Certification:

•Must successfully complete ASNT Level II Certifications for General and Visual Welding Inspection and Level II Liquid Penetrant Nondestructive Examination under the governance of the Fluor Idaho Quality Assurance Program.

Estimated duration: Award through 01/31/2019
