Position Description: Site Manager
Provides the direction of the Regional Operations Manager. Responsible for the successful execution of project outage scope for assigned location. This includes but is not limited to safety program implementation, administrative and operational program implementation, assurance that quality standards are met. Develop a site culture that embraces and promotes BHI Energy's core values. Interface as appropriate with customers to develop business and maintain relationships; create a learning environment for employees; interface with craft labor unions.
  1. Mentor personnel and subcontractors to develop a zero injury culture and full compliance with BHI Energy safety manual.
  2. Manage the contract and client interface with representatives.
  3. Manage all aspects of the contract/scope of work and manage all changes through the proper change process.
  4. Good communication skills-Must be able to communicate clearly with workers, clients and management.
  5. Possess the ability to motivate workers on site.
  6. Must be a team leader.
