Technical Staff Training Support
Scope of Work:
Assist SWPF operations training department with the development and implementation of oral examinations for CRO (Control Room Operator), SOM ( Shift Operations Manager), and STE ( Shift Technical Engineer) job positions. Development work will comprise development of an oral board question examination bank and related procedures, documentation, and training to support eventual administration. Implementation support will comprise participation in boards as a board member, processing of resultant documentation, and assistance with any resultant remediation.
Education / Experience:
Associates degree or DOE equivalent experience and course work alternatives. Minimum 10 years of operating and /or instructional development & implementation experience in the DOE or commercial nuclear environment.
Work location is at a combination of SWPF in J-area and Parsons’ offices on Silver Bluff rd. in Aiken, SC.
