ENERCON Services Inc., doing business for the Federal Government through our wholly owned subsidiary, ENERCON Federal Services (EFS), provides engineering and environmental services to many branches of the Federal Government. With extensive experience in engineering design, nuclear safety, decommissioning and environmental services, we are actively supporting large and small projects throughout the DOE complex. EFS also has current experience supporting operations and decommissioning efforts at US Army Corps of Engineers and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) facilities.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Protection Engineer to represent ENERCON at a customer site in Amarillo, TX (Pantex). This position requires an Active "Q" Clearance and US Citizenship required.

Primary duties will include:

Services are required for a Fire Protection Engineer to work at Pantex performing work consisting of FPE calculations and facility documentation as related to HEPF, HPFL, Fire Alarms, Fire Barriers, sprinkler/deluge, and FHA/FFA assessments. In addition to the FPE calculations and facility documentation this engineer will be required to develop additional procedures used during field validations. This work requires a thorough understanding of National Fire Protection Association codes.

Minimum Requirements:
BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10 years fire protection working experience.

* Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings; ENERCON and client specific background checks; and an annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies
